As realtors, we are busy people. We tend to move on pretty quickly and some of us forget to keep in touch. It is so important to keep in touch with people, as they can forget us rather quickly and refer business to other agents because we are no longer top of mind.

When you treat people like family, it makes all the difference and you are always top of mind when they think of who to refer business to or who to do business with for future transactions.
