We recently received our opening offer from the bank to renew our mortgage. They kindly offer a fixed 5 year rate of 3.69 or variable or prime -.35. I am just curious what others are seeing. I have a call in to my broker but what else is available before I talk to the bank?

$5 per transaction with less than 15 doors seems a bit steep if you ask me. If a person has 10 doors at $5, that's $600 per year just to collect rent....ouch!
