6 month Rapid Cashflow Program coming to BC!

If you can find a way go to the Vancouver event. I travelled from Edmonton to Toronto to take the course and it was well worth it. The advantage of being away from your hometown is that you can focus entirely on the event. There are no distractions!

6 month Rapid Cashflow Program coming to BC!

Amazing workshop! I loved it and since coming back from Toronto I have taken massive action! I was inspired and given all the tools necessary to understand and implement the strategies. I've been to a lot of workshops and this is one of the best I've been to!

    $900 a Month for 20 Years...

Excellent article and I can attest to the fact that it works! I bought my first property in 1982. Remember the 80's? It was a crazy time. Interest rates were high. My interest rate was around 14%. I was in my 20's at the time and made that work. I just sold that house a few years ago for...

My Quest into Rent to Own

    1. Renew option for a year or so and wait for the market to recover 2. Tenant-Buyer takes a second mortgage for the difference 3. Tenant-Buyer pays cash for the difference 4. I reduce my profit 5. Combination of the above Brenda

    I boughy my first property!

What I like about your story is that you took action under less than perfect circumstances. I admire people that have a passion for learning, but will also take action, because without doing that you will never get anywhere. Congratulations! Keep the passion alive! Brenda

My Quest into Rent to Own

Yes that is a factor I have considered with the type of market we are in. I have used modest appreciation rates, but there is the risk that properties may actually go down in value. Yikes! I have discussed the possibility that the property may not appreciate at the end of the term with the...

My Quest into Rent to Own

I would like to share my rent to own experience since taking the Rapid Cash Program in Toronto in February. First of all I want to say thanks to everyone involved, as I learned a lot and it was well worth the time and financial investment. Since coming back to Edmonton I was very enthusiastic...

    Wants a Lease

Not sure where you are renting this property but I would not do a month to month lease as you are required to give 3 months notice if you want to get rid of them. It is much better to do a fixed term lease. If you are unsure about them start with a 3 month lease. That way you can tell them you...

If Buying a Fully Renovated Single Family House with Basement Apt

I just finished renovating a basement suite and for the electrical and secondary suite permits, once the final inspection is complete and it passes, the city inspectors put stickers on the electrical panel. If there are no stickers I would ask home owner for proof, otherwise you will be...

    Grant Programs Available

QUOTE (jeffjas @ Feb 7 2009, 08:32 PM) Capped rents do not mean "no increase" at all, it just means the owner is allowed the same regulated increase that everyone else is. If you go with the RRAP program your motivation is not necessarily to create capital appreciation, I as most taxpayers would...

    Grant Programs Available

I have a 7 plex in Brandon that has been approved for a grant worth 168,000. It is in need of a lot of work. As soon as I bought it I applied for the grant. What I found out this week is that I have to put in 100,000. When I first bought this property over a year ago the realtor touted this as a...

    10% Solution in Edmonton

I have been an investor for about 25 years and I have taken many courses and read many books and I have to say that the BEST education I have ever gotten has been through REIN - well I also learned through experience but I wouldn`t want to wish that on anyone! Why go through trial and error if...
