    So are you guys saying that if a property is rented for $1000/m in order to cash flow, my mortgage, insurance, vacancy allowance, tax, etc, etc, all have to total to under $500 dollars/m because the other $500(50% of rent) is for upgrades? In other words in the debit section of my analysis form...
