    Positive Cash Flow

    Thank you to everyone for your input and thoughts at this matter. As posted above, I have seen ads mentioning positive cashflow, but then I look at the selling cost and can`t see how it would be positive without 25% Down Payment. This clarification will keep me on the right track.

    Another Option could be to use PayPal I`ve never used it for rent collection, but I use to run a site that had a monthly or yearly fee which was automatically deposited into my account.
