Perhaps set up an automated email reminder to go out to all of your tenants with postdated cheques, reminding them that their cheques are going to be deposited and become due in 2-3 days (whatever the case). Sometimes people just forget.

Apparently my lawyers said to another REIN member today that the Ron Legrand "stuff" will not work in Ontario. AFS and taking ove payments will be considered "assuming" mortgage which is not possible in Ontario. I need to talk to another lawyer if possible in the Mississauga area.
