    Bedbugs...need to get rid of them!

    Bed bugs are a real and ongoing problem. I am often asked by potential tenants viewing my properties (especially in apartment buildings) if there are bedbugs. I always assure them that if there ever is a problem that we are pro-active landlords and it will be taken care of promptly.
