Bed bugs are a real and ongoing problem. I am often asked by potential tenants viewing my properties (especially in apartment buildings) if there are bedbugs. I always assure them that if there ever is a problem that we are pro-active landlords and it will be taken care of promptly.

I would like to know how it turned out too.

I would say his actions aren`t your problem so don`t make them your problem. As well, you can`t will someone else to do the right thing. About all you can do is suggest the consequences and let it go.
