It appears many do not have any long term investment plan. They are just listening to the daily news and reacting. At the end of the day they will have missed the train.

I think I had this conversation in 1981. Bought a house in Dalhousie in Calgary. there were 12 homes for sale on the same street. I think it took about 6-7 years to get back up to the orginal listing price. It was the end of the world for the owner I bought the home from. He just built a home...
