    Wow! What a choice. Couples or smokers and a dog. Couples split up and pets cause many problems (to many to mention) Why don`t you advertise for a couple , non-smokers and no pets. I also use KIJIJI and have no problem renting to single couples with good incomes. I also alow one small child.
