    interest rates to rise

    Yes that does sound reasonable...I hope you are right. I do think when I buy again I will stay away from longer term mortgages and stick with 1 or 2 year terms.

    I was a Rein member and have let my membership run out Here is my take. Rein is great for networking, Information on how to buy, run a rental property and meeting other like minded people. Rein is not good for predicting where values will go up in the next few years.
