Advice on removal of sub letter

My tenant allowed a room mate to move into a room in a basement suite with him. He didn`t get him to sign a lease, and now wants to get him out. There`s been a lack of rent issues, and more concerningly disruptions to parties in the house. Bad spot I realize, but wonder what everyone else...

    A slightly different success story

My success story is a little different, but since it was inspired by Don and REIN I thought I`d post it. I was sitting in the REIN meeting before the ACRE weekend in November. Don brought up travelling, and asked the audience "How many of you want to take a trip. Well, whats stopping you?"...

    Questions to ask as Realtor

House Prices Have Reached Their Peak?

I sent this out to my clients and JV partners the other day. I thought maybe some people on here would like to do the same. It is from a book called "The 106 Common Mistakes Homebuyers Make": Among all the lessons history teaches, none is more certain that the fact that home prices will go up...

    Hood Fan Instalation

Funny question, but I was wondering who would install a Hood Fan. Is this something a electrician does, or is it more of a handy man sort of thing? Bonus points to anyone who recommends someone to do this. Thanks, Dave
