You may also want to consider Rent-to-Own properties as these tend to cash flow a little better, but is a whole different ball game to long term holds.

Just a thought. Could you get it appraised and take out equity in the property (say 80% of its value) to finance other investments? The interest would be tax deductable and no taxes until you sell this property. Rob
