Actually one of the co-authors Pierre Boiron, is now teaching a course on Commercial real estate investing at University of Toronto`s School of Continuing Studies. Course runs from Sept 19- Nov 19 2009 based on his book.

Hi Neil, I also read the book. I recommend it. Lots of information and tips on commercial real estate. I also suggest doing a quick google search. I found price variances of $50 for the book when I bought it .
