Quick question, regarding Secondary suites (Duplex). I`m considering the purchase of a R2 zoned bungalow. I`m also considering adding a Secondary suite (developed basement) to this unit for additonal revenue. Do I need to add a separate/second Water meter and a second Electrical box ? Thanks...
