10 Year Mortgage Rates!

I got a variable at 2.25% so Im laughing right now.

I noticed though some 10 year rates at 5.4%. Not bad! If you think things will go insane to double digits in coming years.

Whats some thoughts on these. I guess if you sell, the penalty would be huge. Unless you assume. Could look good as an assumable.
