Anyone looking for help in Guelph?

Hi all,

I`m brand new to this whole thing after attending my first Quickstart last weekend. I`ve bought into this program 100% and am looking to work hard and implement the REIN system to its full effectiveness.

So this is my situation, I`m young (22) and not a REIN member (just don`t have the monthly cashflow to afford it...yet!), and I`m looking to contribute my services to anyone in the Guelph area who would want some help. I have a sales and marketing education, above average technical experience (also went to school to be a millwright) with a passion for business and knowledge. If any experienced investors could use my services in any way (property management, reno`s) I`d love to help so that I could be involved in the industry to learn as much as I can!

If anyone is interested and wants some further info just let me know!

Excellent post! We are from Ottawa with no properties in the Guelph area, however I am certain someone will take you up on your offer. We too were at our very first REIN meeting this past weekend and are very happy with our experience. You have impressed me with your initiative...someone get back to this guy.

Hi Justin. First of all congratulations on taking action. No one will ever care about your financial future as much as you do. You had mentioned that you wish to learn as much as you can regarding real estate in Guelph. I am posting daily articles relating to real estate in Guelph under Ontario Economic Fundamentals.

You may wish to collect these and present them when speaking with other people about real estate. Many successful real estate investors across the country use these economic updates when speaking with possible J-V partners to show that they are taking this endeavor seriously and are a cut above the rest. You could also use this approach when approaching potential mentors.
