Folks, I have a tenant that is renting my garage and is using it to store new and used appliances. He works as a sub-contractor for Sears Canada as an appliance delivery service. As many of the Sears customers are buying new appliances to upgrade to what they have many of the units are in Excellent shape, work soundly and are not very old.

The deals for Fridges, stoves, washers/dryers, etc are very low prices. He sells it as a cash deal and you pick them up. He does offer 1 month warranty and if any problems exist in this timeframe he will refund your money or replace it.

He will deliver but only to the front door at a low cost of $50.

If you have any need for appliances send me an email so I can set you up with him or his wife.

In order to get the deals you must say " I got your name from Ken Wilson" and they will give you an addtional discount.

At this time today I know he has a washer, dryer, portable dishwasher, Fridge and Stove. All of them are White and in perfect conditions. These units go reasonably fast so if you think you might need them let me know.
