Barrie and Orillia real estate markets

Everyday, I look through the Barrie Examiner and Orillia Packet and Times for real estate related articles to post. As of late, I have had a real dry spell. Could someone please tell me if those local markets are in a plateau?

Yes that would be a fair assessment. However, there is a lot of commercial construction in both cities right now. This will bring jobs to both areas & put demand on the real estate. So for now, it`s a perfect buying opportunity.
