Barrie question: GO--end of track duplexes

Hello, I`ve got great numbers on a duplex or 2 in the cumberland street area where the GO ends & begins the day. Tenants who moved in Nov. don`t think it`s a problem - train sets out 4:30-5 AM & parks at 6 PM with a honk if at all - so they slow down at this point as they just park here. Views are awesome but I`m really scared about the tracks issue for exiting - I know duplexes with great numbers in Brantford that haven`t sold for years being near or on the tracks. Realtors say there`s never been a problem renting. The tracks are a few feet away from the backyard. Townhomes next door haven`t exchanged hands in years & even have a pool, look in really nice shape, etc. Tenant 1 says she actually only notices or hears the stop/honk at Monette Park 1/2 mile away but then residents nearer that area would hear a louder sound than 157 Cumberland. Can anyone advice on this area/situation? Thanks very much.
