Hi guys
Ive been out of the game for a few years due to having 2 kids .now I want to get back in the real estate game,I just bought a properties in Hamilton and now just by sheer luck my neighour approached me on buying a duplex in Barrie.i want to impress him with knowledge on Barrie and investing but I'm quite rusty,so I would appreciate some help and suggestions.
