Trying to find a couple who are starting out the best rates for them. They have about $2500 worth of personal property and the apt owner requires that his tenants carry 2 million dollars worth of liability.
AMA has a min $15k personal property and it goes up to a min $35k from other ins companies. It appears that it is not worth it to bother insuring their personal property, just obtaining the two million manatory liability coverage.
It has been interesting researching the insurance area to learn more in this area, but frustrating since i cannot find a match. Does anyone have a great insurance broker who can get them insurance for what they need, not the big sale that the ins broker would like to make???
