Hi Everyone,
One of the tenants in a triplex is helping the landlord maintain the property. He is helping fix/cover broken windows, might cover open sump pump soon, paint (his) balcony, put some drywall ceiling in basement, etc.
Nothing major but still GREAT support.
The work the tenant is doing is not part of the agreement.
What is the best way to compensated or show appreciation to someone like him for the work he is doing? Should he be compensated financially or is there another way?
THANKS,
Neil
