Im looking for a reliable and detail oriented mortgage broker and accountant who deal with real estate investors. I was wondering if anybody knew of any in Edmonton or could recommend anybody??

Hi,
I use and highly recommend REIN member Dan Heon as a mortgage broker- he specializes in working with RE investors and is based in Calgary. The distance hasn`t been an issue as I live in BC and invest in Edmonton. His office number is 403-257-1801. For accountants: REIN member Navaz Murji has been recommended as a great RE investor specialist accountant in Vancouver and I`m in the process of moving my accountants to his office. Never choose your Accountant based on Geography. Choose them based on their level of experience with rental properties and whether they stay on top of this constantly changing area of tax.
