I am sorry if this topic has been posted on before, but I did search and didn`t exactly find the answer I was looking for. My issue is that I am currently working with a realtor who is acting as a buyers agent for me. He gave me a Buyers Representation Agreement to sign, and I know that he just trying to protect himself by having me sign this document, but what are the implications for doing this and is there anything I should look out for?
