Buying Ft. Saskatchewan condo`s

Hello,
I have been looking at purchasing a condo in Ft. Saskatchewan to rent out. I was wondering if any experienced investors or economists had an opinion about Ft. Saskatchewan or the condo supply there. I would think due to the ripple effect we could expect good things for Ft. Sask, but I'd really appreciate your opinions.

It's tough to get managers out there, but I know of some people who rent there. It's a nice community for families and you do get a lot of people who work at plants in the area. I can't comment too much on the economics of the area, but I think it might be break-even for a little bit, but things will move fairly quickly as the north-west upgrader gets going and some of the other employers expand their ramp-up. There's some decent looking inventory in the area (56 condos listed). Personally I'm a fan of 3 bedroom townhouses and some of the 2-3 bedroom apartment-style inventory in the right location.
