We own a townhouse in a 36 unit condominiumized townhouse complex in SE Calgary.
The entire complex is looking for a new management company.
At a recent board meeting 3 management company names were mentioned as possible
property managers. If anyone has had any experience with any of these
three, we would like to hear your experiences. The three are:
1. Condominium First
2. Magistry
3. Benchmark
Any recommendations of other management company names would also be appreciated.
