Can`t find Thomas Beyer`s list of Asset Manager Responsibilities

Hi All,

Can someone please paste the relevant link/discussion. There was a discussion in the past where Thomas Beyer provided a list or just mentioned the responsibilities of an Asset Manager.
pls note I`m referring to an asset manager, not property manager. this should include managing the property manager, bookkeeping, etc.
