Can we sign the sales contract with our personal name and process the mortgage with a corporation name?

We want the mortage to be signed with a corporation and we want to sign the sales contract with our personal name to get better deals. Is it possible for the broker to process the mortage with our corporation name and an amendment ?

also, Is it true the brokers need 3 weeks to close deals?

yes you can .. but you need an assignment clause in the purchase contract that allows you to assign the purchase to a corporation .. or you purchase with "My Name and/or Nominee"

Financing, especially with a corporation, takes a bit longer these days .. so yes 3 weeks is not unusual !
