Can you recommend "How To" Multi-Family books for CANADA real estate?

I'm looking to start building on my single family portfolio by adding some Multi-Family buildings. I'm really looking to specialize in 6-12 units.

Can anyone recommend books/content on how to invest in Multi-Family buildings in Canada? Particularly the financing process.

Or buy the US books by David Lindahl: Multi-Family Millions and/or Emerging Markets. Both good, but US focused, but principals are similar here or in the US.

Besides taking Thomas's multi family course in 2005, real estate investments and how to make them by by Milt Tanzer. This book was easy to understand and looked at many factors to consider in MF. It helped me enormously.
