Career Path Help!

Hi there Everyone!

I`m just finishing up my Phase 3 exams to get my Real Estate license. I`m not sure which would be a better path to take.

I really want to introduce people to Real Estate investing and not sure which path would be the most beneficial for both me as a career and to people in general.

Would you suggest I become an agent?

or

Would you suggest I become a property scout enabling armchair investors to get into real estate for a fee?

I`m in the Toronto area and I`m a little confused on what would be best.

Thoughts...?
