Closed on property #1!!!!!!!!!!

Just closed on my first propety! I wanted to send a huge thanks to REIN and all the posters on this site, invaluable information. When people say the first one is the hardest, they're right! It was a tremendous amount of work, but now that I know my area and what type of properties I want I know the second will be that much easier.
