Hello everyone,

I just wanted to put out a request to anyone who knows of a reputable, professionally run collections firm that they could recommend.

Regards,
Steven

It would all depend on the province in which your property was located and the judgements you received against the tenants. The legal proceedings will be required by most `quality` collection agencies.

And if you have a judgement, feel free to go through Rent Check and place that judgement on the tenant`s Credit History. A VERY Effective way in which to get their attention.

I also am looking for referrals on collection agencies, in Alberta. I`m trying to collect on a $8K judgement.

Anyone have experiences (good/bad) that they want to share in a few words?

I`ve contacted Tim Paulsen (the speaker who gave a talk at one of the REIN workshops) and he did give a referral in Alberta, but I thought I would ask the collective REIN mind.

Thanks,
