I'm looking for more information on commercial mortgage and the average rate for multi-family building.

Mid 2% for CMHC insured five year money. 3.4-5% for non-CMHC insured money depending on LTV, city size and overall loan size, plus about 0.5-1.5% loan origination fee depending on loan size.
