I just sold an apartment building using David Parker at Remax commercial. He`s a stand up guy and works hard. OH yeah, he`s also a REIN member. His cell is 780-278-0088.

Perform what ? Miracles ?
Hard to sell vacant lots these days .. as the market is flooded .. construction money very hard to get .. low low demand .. and high inventory of existing or spec homes .. use last year`s or 2007 price .. cut it down by 50-60% .. and it will sell .. stick to yesteryear`s inflated price and no realtor will do a good job ..
Phone any agency and they will have 10-20 realtors jump at the opportunity to sell your lots .. the issue is not the builder .. but the price !
