Comps without MLS access

I have been having trouble getting comps for Manitoba. I do not have access to the MLS system. I have a real estate agent who will look up a few for me here and there, but, in all fairness, it's not worth his time. Is there a website or service that I can sign up for to allow me to pull my own comps anytime? Thanks, Stan

Hi there, actually, I've been paying him...$35.00 per comp. The problem is, he is very busy and I'm starting to get busy. Which means, I need more comps pulled faster and he can't produce because of his comittments. I'm guessing due to privacy laws in Canada, there are no other services that can be tapped into? Tell the agent you need it faster and are willing to offer him a $1000 retainer to draw down from so it's minimal administration time for him - if he can't meet your needs phone another realtor and let your agent know this - there are many realtors out there happy to help you if you pay them

That's not a bad idea. Pretty sure that will work with him. I do possibly have another agent to pool from, just waiting for her to get her license. It would be nice though to pull our own comps any time we wanted, maybe in the future. Thanks for your help. Stan
