Hi Everyone,

I am looking into buying properties to lease to own, if you have any advice on lease to own or where I can find sample contracts or where I should go to get our contracts written etc.

Please let me know.

I use the Lease Option forms on the REIN website under Critical forms for both purchasing and selling. They are very complete.

I agree with Helen,

I have been using the L/O forms as well as the pure option forms and have been very happy with the results. For anyone who is doing L/Os I would agree that they should be looking here on the REIN website.
