Cost and time in Edmonton to increase the window and add a well

I need to get two windows increased and will need to have the concrete dug and a well installed. Does anyone know the approximate cost in Edmonton, and how long would this take approximately ( i.e. can i get it completed in a week?)

My in-laws are expanding well in a basement suite as we speak. If you send me an email I will inquire what approx cost was and can give you the name of the guy who is doing it. I have used this particular contractor before, and had a great experience.
