Ah yes, but of course REIN Members are the ones who actually
a. Get the research long before it is released to the public
b. Actually act on their knowledge (unlike the majority of investors who will read the article and then turn the page.)

Why does Don have to be so generous with his knowledge
There will be enough properties for everybody, so I wouldn`t worry about it. plus most people will start actually buying properties there after the prices will go up, which is good if you bought it while it is still low.
