Check out his list of COMPLETED PROJECTS ! Many have started .. but NO SYNDICATED PROJECTS have finished yet to my knowledge .. as such it is hard to say how good an investment it is or was or could be.



Look at fees UPFRONT. They should be low for investors to make money.



Look beyond the sexy brochures !



Example:



if $5M is raised .. and fees are 30%+ or more often all in (legal, sales people, acquisition costs, marketing, ..) then only $3.5M actually can get invested .. and you must get a 40%+ cash-on-cash ROI to just break even !

My opinion: I think Darren Weeks is a great educator ... AND A GREAT MARKETEER .. and a great sales person .. however it appears his investment prowess has yet to be proven !
