Hi all, for executive rentals, are one bed layouts much more important than two bed layouts? We are designing a layout for two 540 sq ft apts and want to consider all strategies to maximise returns, one being executive rentals.
The units are ocean front and there are high density employment areas within 5km (an airforce base and a large general hospital). Our question is given the limited space of 540 sq ft, if we go with 540 sq ft then the two bed layout gives up a dining space.
Would a two bed layout that sacrifices a dining area (there is a subsitute dining space on an enlarged counter end that is the peninsula dividing kitchen area from the living room) be acceptable to an executive rental client? The kitchen is fully equipped and there are large windows to help compensate for the small space.
Anybody with experience in executive rentals - input is very appreciated!
Thanks
