Does any property based investment gives you dwelling along with money?

You could buy a multi-family building (from duplex to apartment building) and live in one unit while renting the other(s).

Or get a property with a basement suite allowing you to live up top and rent down below.
Or get a house and rent out some rooms.
Or get a condo and rent your parking stall while you walk to work
