Duncan Advertising to reach renters

I have a building in Duncan BC that needs renters. What's the best advertising vehicle to reach them? Using Used Cowichan and Craig's List (Nanaimo). Although good for anyone, it would also be a good place for college student to share. Building is quiet and pet friendly.
