Hi Everyone,
I joined REIN literally two minutes before yesterday`s Western Canada Conference began. Thought it was a good day overall, some great information and charismatic speakers made the 9 hours go by quite fast.
I`m wondering about the Quickstart in Edmonton in November. I`d love to go, and was wondering if any other Calgary REIN members would be interested in carpooling & perhaps even sharing a hotel room out there to save money. I haven`t committed 100% to the room-sharing notion, as I do have friends and places to stay up there, although who knows how close they are to the Shaw Conference Center, who knows how much time I`d get to spend with them, etc. So I`m thinking a room close to the meeting venue would be ideal.
Either respond in this thread or send me a message and let me know if you`d be interested. Given the high cost of gas and lodging, we could save quite a bit of money (to invest in real estate, of course
) by pooling these expense items.
