What a joke of a company! Filing a claim and have already talked to the TV news stations. Bud got Aaron to call us back because he is not a man of his word. STILL waiting for our damage deposit. We moved out on March 15th. Ended tenancy which means DD is due back in 10 days. Communication with this company is terrible. Trying to charge us for a bad paint job that the previous tenants did. They try to squeeze money out of you whichever way that they can. Thought that they were a hidden gem in Calgary for the rental market..boy we were wrong. Had a fried wire on the dishwasher, they did not want to fix it before we moved out. That is a huge fire hazard!! Mice living in the walls of the townhouse complex we were in. Nothing done about it. Issue with a jet tub..once again nothing done about it. We gave back the keys, gave our notice 2 MONTHS before moving and still am waiting for some kind of professionalism!! Been trying to contact a manager now for 5 days!! Leaving messages and emails and nobody responds. Horrible management company! I do NOT recommend renting from them at all.
