This is my first rent-to-own where the renter intends to purchase the home.



What should I send to confirm their intention?



Should I involve a lawyer to draft the purchase and sale documents?

yes, unless you have experience and can recycle one that worked in the past.Most areas have a template offer to purchase that you can buy, and thus avoid a lawyer. But since you will close with a lawyer anyway, why not pay the extra $200 for a review ?
