error message not logged in - YES i am!

Hello, when trying to access the post workshops downloads section I get an error message each time. It says I am not logged in. But when I click the log in button it tells me I am logged in! Help?

Could you please post the link here for the exact section of the Post Workshop Downloads that you're trying to access?
