Hello, I`m looking for investors around Toronto to network and possibly JV later on. I`m an experienced investor from US with excellent general contraction knowledge and now I`m immigrating to the Canada.
I`m very fortunate to live around Maryland and Washington DC area where some reputable and HONEST gurus are based (I like Steve Cook the best, very down to earth and knowledgeable).
Some of the thing I have involved or have great interest: major rehabs (renovations), renovation on 100yr old rowhomes, cosmetic renovation, rentals, flipping, commercial real estate. My goal is to own commercial real estate.
I`ve love to meet any of you who is starting out or is already very seasoned in the local market. I`ll be in Toronto very soon.
