89 B.C. investors bilked out of millions of dollars in `asset growth` program
Two B.C. men and an American have been ordered to disgorge $12.7 million in illegal gains and pay $4 million in administrative penalties for operating a Ponzi scheme that bilked 89 B.C. investors out of millions of dollars.
The B.C. Securities Commission also permanently banned the men from the public markets.
