Hi,
I`m having a home inspection soon. There is no recent fire inspection report. The home inspector recommended I invite the fire marshal as he can provide additional feedback the inspector can not. Does this require special approval from the owner or can I just invite him as part of the inspection?
Do you usually include a fire inspection? one concern I can think of is the owner facing new issues if the fire inspection fails and I end up not buying.
Thoughts?
THANKS.

Always include fire inspection as condition of purchasing property
Same for ESA inspection
Include a clause that forces owner to repair at their own expenses any esa or fire issues prior to close
