first Edmonton purchase and need help!

Hello!

so i`ve got an accepted offer on my first edmonton purchase and now comes the stress and challenges... Does anyone have an excellent insurance broker they would recommend?. I`m dealing with a 4plex in this purchase. Ideally, one who operates out of Vancouver. However, in Edmonton is fine too. Also, for a Vancouver resident, who would you recommend as a lawyer?

For past fourplex purchases and sales in Edmonton, I`ve used and recommend Edmonton lawyer, Barrie Touchings at 780-429-2771. He`s thorough, knows his stuff and is very nice to deal with. You need to use an Alberta lawyer.
